Thank you for your interest in joining the 10th IUPAC International Conference on Green Chemistry (10th ICGC). We expect to welcome you to Beijing, China for an in-person gathering.

The Invitation Letter for the 10^th ICGC can be collected automatically in the conference system after registration. Please contact us in case you have any further questions.

1. Registration fees for participants include access to the complete scientific program, the exhibition, refreshments during the Welcome Reception (Saturday), conference lunches and dinners, the Conference Gala Dinner (Sunday), and a cultural visit. The fee for accompanying personnel excludes access to the scientific program. Social events will be available for booking via the conference system at a later date.
2. Becoming a member of the Chinese Chemical Society (CCS) or an IUPAC Affiliate Member, can get a discounted registration fee (For IUPAC Affiliate Member, please present the IUPAC certificate during the online registration for getting the discount).
3.Please note that the conference registration system will recognize your membership status. Before making the registration payment, please confirm your registration fee. If you apply for membership after making the payment, you will not be eligible for the conference discount. Any refund application will comply with the cancel policy.
4.Regarding the definition of ‘developing economies’, the 10th ICGC follows the country classification by the United Nations.

Payment method

1. Online payment
China domestic participants can complete online payment through Alipay or WeChat Pay in CNY. For international participants, please use Visa or Mastercard for making the registration payment in USD.
2. Bank transfer
China domestic participants could also pay the registration fee through bank remittance. Registration Number (ICGC-XXXXXX) of the participant should be noted in the remittance message. Deadline for payment through bank remittance is September 15th 2024

Cancel policy

The deadline for cancellation of registration is 31 August 2024. Should you wish to cancel your registration and to get a refund, you must notify the conference contact by email before this date. Refunds will be reimbursed 60 days after the end of the conference.
For cancellations received up to and including 31 August 2024, 30% of the registration fee will apply as the administration fee.
For cancellations received after 31 August 2024, no refund will be given, full amount required.

10th ICGC respects the privacy of all of its participants. The Privacy Policy applies to all information 10^th ICGC collects, including information collected via this website, email and other electronic communications between participants and 10^th ICGC. 10^th ICGC uses the personal data for various purposes including registration of participants, carrying out participants management, informing participants about 10^th ICGC events, managing conference program and abstracts, activities pertaining to 10^th ICGC.
Participants of the 10^th ICGC may be filmed or photographed. These films and photographs will be used for reporting purposes of the conference through the organizers’ website, social media, channels and newsletters.
