Getting to Beijing

As the capital of China, Beijing has convenient transportation networks and aviation hubs, which allow delegates from all over the world to easily reach Beijing. At the same time, Beijing, as a famous cultural city with a long history, has world-famous cultural heritage such as the Forbidden City, the Great Wall, the Summer Palace, and the Temple of Heaven.

Visa
You may need a visa depending of your country or origin. It is the responsibility for you to check if you require a visa. Please check with your local embassy/consulate if you are unsure. Please note that the invitation letter required for visa applications can be collected automatically through our conference registration system. The conference invitation letters will only be sent to those who have registered. Please be sure to apply for a Chinese visa on time. Failure to acquire a visa in time to travel is unfortunately not a valid reason for a refund of your registration fee. Beijing Airports.
There are 2 airports in Beijing: Beijing Capital International Airport (27km to Conference Venue) and Beijing Daxing International Airport (70km to Conference Venue). It takes about 30-40 minutes to drive from the Beijing Capital International Airport to the Conference Venue, Beijing International Convention Center according the traffic conditions (The approximate price is CNY 80 for taxi). It takes about 1 hour 30 minutes to drive from the Beijing Daxing International Airport to the Conference Venue, Beijing International Convention Center (The approximate price is CNY 220 for taxi). Public transportation is also feasible.
