Yes, registration is required to attend the 10th ICGC, including all plenary sessions, parallel sessions, social program, exhibition area and more. For sponsors and exhibitors, please contact the organizers for registration.

The Official working language at the 10 th ICGC is English.
Q3.How do I submit my abstract?
You can submit your abstract through our conference management system after registration.
Q4.What is the cancellation policy?
Please contact the organizers with written cancellation no later than 31 August 2024 to ask for a refund. 30% of the payment will apply as an administration fee. After 31 August 2024, there will be no refunds. To cancel a registration, contact us at

Q5.Do I need a Visa to come to China?

Q6.How do I get a conference invitation letter?
The invitation letter required for visa applications can be collected automatically through our conference registration system. Please note that letters can only be collected by those who have registered. Please be sure to apply for a Chinese visa on time. Beijing is the capital of China and has a well-developed transportation network. There are 11 train stations and 2 airports in Beijing:
Beijing Capital International Airport (27km to Conference Venue) and
Beijing Daxing International Airport (70km to Conference Venue).
Beijing Capital International Airport (T2/T3)
Beijing Capital International Airport is the second busiest airport in the world by passenger traffic with over 100 million annual passenger throughputs in 2018. It takes about 30-40 minutes to drive from the Beijing Capital International Airport to the Conference Venue, Beijing International Convention Center according the traffic conditions (The approximate price is CNY 80).
